THE PHELAN WATER TOWER

ODDKNOWN’s owner-imported folklore says a motionless figure appears on top of a water tower in Phelan after midnight. Research found documented water-storage infrastructure serving Phelan—including Sheep Creek Water Company records describing multiple tanks—but the pin does not identify a particular tower or tank, and no independent newspaper, historical, utility, or paranormal source was found for the alleged figure. There is therefore no verified basis for naming a ghost, assigning a death story, or connecting the claim to a specific water facility. The report remains an unverified local account preserved exactly for what it is: a figure allegedly seen at night. No named witness or dated incident has been located. Water-storage facilities are utility infrastructure and may be fenced or restricted; ODDKNOWN does not encourage approaching, climbing, or entering any tank or tower site.
