Friends are people you follow who also follow you back. A pin can be more private than its map, but never more public than its map.

ODDKNOWN POLICIES

Community & safety

Community

Treat other members respectfully. No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, scams, doxxing or non-consensual private information.

Map safety

A map location does not grant permission to enter. Respect private property, closures, posted rules and local law.

Location privacy

Foreground location is used for nearby map activity only when you grant permission. Your precise device location is not automatically published to your profile.

Claims & reports

ODDKNOWN contains reports, sightings, stories, legends and location information from multiple sources. A report is not automatically proof of a claim.

These in-app rules summarize ODDKNOWN’s current Terms, Privacy, Community and Safety policies. The published policy pages govern current use of the platform.
