Harrisburg Ghost Town
Harrisburg is on OK MAP as a short-lived Death Valley gold-rush settlement founded after Shorty Harris and Pete Aguereberry found gold nearby in 1905. The tent community reportedly reached about 300 people before fading as the rush ended. Little of the original town survives, but Aguereberry's home, mine and related remains preserve part of the settlement's story.
